Would recomand staying here. Decent base for travelling to Puerto del Carmen and sightseeing. Clean pool, great and lovely staff. Comfortable bed. Perfect, particularly good location in the middle of the city. 10 minutes walk to El Barranquillo.

The accommodations here are very comfortable, and we would love to extend our stay as we truly enjoyed our time.

I had a fantastic stay at a residential community just a 5-minute walk from the strip. the apartment at Los Gracioseros was spotless and tastefully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and there was even a coffee machine in the apartment. the pool area was warm, clean, and well-maintained, and my kids absolutely loved it. the highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff at the pool bar, Sally and Hannah, who were extremely friendly and helpful. They made my experience even more enjoyable. the owner of the apartment was great at communication and even allowed us to have a late check out, which was a fantastic help with our late flight and kids in tow. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😃.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the main seafront. the apartment was well set out and tastefully furnished, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. the pool area was well kept and clean, with plenty of sun loungers available. the staff at the pool bar were very friendly and helpful, providing great service.

The pool could have been cleaner, as there were some issues with suncream residue floating on the water.

Value for money was excellent and the room was clean and well-furnished. The location was great, just a short walk from the bustling strip. The staff at Los Gracioseros were exceptional, particularly Sally at the bar who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The bar staff, particularly Sally, were amazing! My daughter loved her cooking and Sally went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The apartments were clean and spacious, one of the best we've stayed in. The complex was well-maintained with a clean pool and plenty of sun loungers. The location was key, just a short walk to the main strip and beach. We also loved the friendly atmosphere and the daily happy hour at the bar.

There were a few minor issues with the apartment, such as a missing cot for our grandson upon arrival. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue once we showed them our reservation details.

My go-to place in Puerto del Carmen, has everything I need. Friendly staff helped me find lost item. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV in room. Great amenities like bar, restaurant, beach access, and heated pool. Coming back for Easter! Love it!
